Donald Trump’s Luxury Cars
2011 CHEVY CAMARO INDY 500 PACE CAR
In 2011, Donald Trump was supposed to drive his Camaro Pace Car for the 100th anniversary of the Indianapolis 500. Unfortunately, his schedule didn’t allow him to attend the event. Only five hundred of these cars were ever made.
2004 MERCEDES-BENZ SLR MCLAREN – US$450,000
In 2015, in front of Trump Tower, the billionaire took delivery of his Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren. A true collector car, its value is sure to increase over the next few years.
2015 MERCEDES-BENZ S600 – US$175,000
It seems the tycoon’s Mercedes-Benz S600 is so tough it can even withstand a small explosion—like the car James Bond would drive? Its 500-horsepower V12 engine can go from 0 to 60 mph in under five seconds.
1993 CADILLAC ALLANTÉ – US$43,000
Despite being a financial failure, the Cadillac Allanté was one of the luxury cars in Donald Trump’s collection. It’s safe to say the businessman won’t be driving around with the top down any time soon now that he’s president!
FERRARI F355 SPYDER
We have to admit that the Ferrari F355 Spyder shows Trump actually has some good taste. We were hoping the new president’s collection would include several Ferraris, but there’s just this one.
1997 LAMBORGHINI DIABLO VT – US$300,000
Trump bought his Lamborghini Diablo near the end of the ’90s for around US$300,000. Not long ago, he put it up for sale on eBay and its new owner paid US$460,000 to pick it up.
ORANGE COUNTY CHOPPER
We have to admit that this outrageous motorcycle reflects the unconventional personality of its owner. It’s worth mentioning that Trump’s chopper, similar to the one in the picture, is covered in 24-karat gold.
1960 ROLLS-ROYCE PHANTOM V – US$88,000
What do Donald Trump and John Lennon have in common? They both owned a Rolls-Royce Phantom V. An incredibly rare model, only 516 were produced between 1959 and 1968.
This Lamborghini doesn’t belong to Trump, but to someone who took part in the 2016 Gold Rush Rally. To show support for the billionaire, the owner covered the entire car in Trump stickers, earning it the nickname the Trumpventador.
1959 ROLLS-ROYCE SILVER CLOUD
The 1959 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud—only 2,238 units were produced between 1955 and 1958—is equipped with a 6-cylinder, 155-horsepower engine paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission.
1988 CADILLAC LIMOUSINE
At the end of the ’80s, Trump ordered two Cadillac limousines. Well before the era of DVDs and emails, these luxury vehicles were equipped with a VCR, fax machine, and paper shredder. Originally, Trump wanted to order fifty of them, but changed his mind and only bought two.
THE PRESIDENTIAL STATE CAR: CADILLAC ONE
May we present Cadillac One, which will now be used for all the president’s ground transportation. We know that, over the next four years, Trump won’t be allowed to drive his personal luxury cars. It remains to be seen if the tycoon, who’s famous for being rebellious and provocative, will respect the rules.
